can I change or cancel my order?
If you're having second thoughts about your online order and wish to cancel it, please call our Guest Education at as soon as possible. phone:1800.102.016 We cannot make changes to your order once it has been placed. As we are committed to getting your order to you as soon as possible, if it has been released for processing we cannot guarantee we can cancel the order.
what are my payment options?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and gift cards (you can purchase gift cards in stores and online). Please note: we do not accept credit card gift cards; we cannot split payments between credit cards. Please note orders are subject to review.
will my credit card be charged immediately?
No. A pre-authorization will be placed on your credit card that will identify and tag the money for your order. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. We'll send you an email to let you know when this happens.

In most areas shipping takes 1-3 business days from the day it was processed by our warehouse. In some remote areas delivery can take up to 10 business days.

if I live outside of Australia can I still shop at lululemon.com.au
  1. We cannot ship an order internationally from our Australian website. Orders placed on the Australian website can only be shipped within Australia.
  2. Please be aware that orders placed via a third party freight or shipping forwarder to countries outside of Australia are done so at your own risk and safe delivery cannot be guaranteed.

when will my order be shipped?

how do I track my order?

where can I make a return?

Online merchandise may be returned to any lululemon store or the same ecommerce warehouse it was shipped from.

In store merchandise may be returned to any lululemon store. If you can't make it back to see us, contact the Guest Education Centre at 1800.102.016.

can I make a cross-border return?

Cross-border goods can be exchanged or the credit can be put onto a gift card. Keep in mind that the items you bring back will be valued in the currency of the country processing the return.

how do I make an online return?

  3. select the item(s) you wish to return
  4. print your packing slip

how do I pack and send my online return?
  1. place your item(s) in the reusable shipping bag or box (high fives...you're basically saving the earth)
  2. tape the shipping label to the outside of the package (make sure the barcode portion of the label is visible - we need to scan it when it arrives)
  3. find an Australian Post location
can I return swimwear?

Did you buy it online? Is the tag attached? Is the hygienic liner in the bottoms? Then yes!

can I get a gift receipt online?

Yes! Once your order has been shipped

  1. log into your account
  2. go to 'order history'
  3. look for 'create/send gift receipts'
  4. email or print out your gift receipt

* Note: Returns made with a gift receipt can be issued onto a gift card (online and in-store) or exchanged (in-store only).

when will my purchase be refunded?

Once we receive your package we will refund you within seven business days. We'll email you when this transaction has taken place. Please note that banks may require additional time to process and post the transaction, so the credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle.

* Note: If you paid with a prepaid credit card and no longer have the card, contact the Guest Education Centre to initiate the return. Otherwise, the balance will be put back onto the prepaid card.

are there any items that can't be returned?

All purchases on sale items, water bottles, headwear, underwear, gift cards are final, other than where a right to a refund, replacement or repair exists under consumer law.

do you offer gift cards?
Yes! You can purchase a gift card online or in store. We do not offer an electronic gift card. Gift cards are redeemable in store or on the website and should be treated like cash as they cannot be replaced. Gift cards are final sale.
how do I check the balance and transaction history on my gift card?
It's really easy to check your gift card balance online. You can also head into your local store and ask an educator to help you.

No. At lululemon, we update our styles and colours weekly. You can sign up for our online store's email to keep up with the latest gear.
can you tell me when new products and events are announced?

are the products on the website the same as in the stores?

do you carry clothing for children?
Yes! We created ivivva athletica for girls aged 4 to 14, based on feedback from younger guests at lululemon. The ivivva team works with dancers, gymnasts, ice skaters and athletes to create the technical garments they need to perform at the gym, studio, ice rink and on the field. We use multiple technical fabrics for our various lines of clothing. Please visit the fabrics and technologies page for more details about our fabrics and their properties.
what is the optimum way to care for lululemon garments?
If you're in a rush, our fabrics can be washed on warm and dried on warm as well. However, to really take care of your gear, we recommend you wash it in cold water and hang or lay it flat to dry. Check out our care instructions page for more details.
what are the technical features of lululemon garments?

We’re more than happy to repair product you love. Some of the issues we can tackle when you bring your gear into a store are:
