They say behind every great man, there's an even better woman. Well we think that works both ways and behind some of our great lululemon women, there's a wonderful man, husband, boyfriend, father of their children (or dog) and above all, a best friend. So we thought we'd give them the microphone for a change, to tell us about how they sweat, what they wear and why.

How he sweats: I love to run.
What he loves and why: I love my Response Shorts because they are long enough to cover my upper leg but ends at my knee so I have plenty of mobility. Love the lightness of the fabric and they are quick-drying. Plus the built in boxer brief liners don't ride up and don't stink as quickly as normal boxers. But my favourite is the mesh side panels which keep me cool so my junk doesn't stay damp whilst I sweat - they're totally breathable.

How he sweats: I love playing football with my mates.
What he loves and why: My favourite right now are my Post Surf Pants. They are so comfy to wear. Think it's because of the cotton French terry that they are so soft and warm. But I like them because they look stylish with the dropped crotch and low-slung pockets.

How he sweats: I love the gym and I go once a day for weights.
What he loves and why: My favourite item is definitely the black Tempo Singlet. It's lightweight, extremely breathable and has flat seams so I don't chafe when I do weights. What I love most is the anti-stink feature, or maybe that's what my girlfriend loves the most... Either way it feels amazing and I don't stink at the gym.

How he sweats: I cycle a lot.
What he loves and why: When it comes to what I wear, only three things matter - being stylish, being comfortable and knowing it's high quality. I like the Light As Air Jacket for all those reasons. Plus it's lightweight so I can cycle and run in it too, but I even love it casually.
